Best wishes to Japan Airlines hula dancers and Kumu Erisa Okada-Mann. They will be competing at this years Hula Ho`olauna on Oahu, July 12th. Their song choice composed by Loea Kawaikapu Hewett is entitled, My Sweet Lei Po`ina Ole, My Sweet and Unforgetable Lei. In preparation for this competition, I thought it would be nice if they experienced lei making. Here we are learning to make lei.
